Payment policy
Payment is due at the time service is rendered by personal check or cash only. Packages must be paid in advance in full.

Cancellation policy
You must provide at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, you will be billed for 50% of the appointment time. Call 818.269.6671 to change or cancel an appointment.

My pledge
Getting organized can be a life-changing process. I pledge to support, teach and motivate you to make decisions about your spaces and get organized. In the course of providing professional organization services, I may encounter materials of a personal and sensitive nature. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me, and any materials with which I may come into contact will be regarded with discretion and held in strictest confidence.

Referral policy
We all like to do business with people we’re connected to through our network of friends and colleagues. Referrals are an important part of my business, which is why I offer incentives to people who refer me to a new client.
